Alanna completed her Bachelor of Science in biology at Gannon University. She worked in the andrology and embryology lab while going to nursing school in Philly. Alanna received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LaSalle and began her medical career working at Penn. Her family returned to the North Hills of Pittsburgh after the birth of her daughter and she began working for UPMC. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing-Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner from Duquesne University. She has been at UPMC working in a variety of nursing fields since 2014, including at St. Margaret Hospital. Alanna joined Renaissance Family Practice in 2021.

 

Alanna enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, son and two dogs. She also enjoys reading, gardening, and being outside.
