Dr. Kenneth K. Ung is board certified in Family Medicine and sees patients of all ages. Dr. Ung was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and went to Penn Hills High School and then college at the University of Pittsburgh where he majored in Biology. He then went to the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and later attended St Margaret’s Memorial Hospital Family Medicine residency program. He lives in Cheswick and began working in Morningside starting in 1982. He enjoys the community he practices in and takes care of entire families in that community including home visits. He also worked for the Pittsburgh Pirates medical staff between 1985 to 2001.
He has many interests outside medicine including astronomy, photography, playing in a Beatles tribute band, luthier, golf, and tennis. But his greatest enjoyment is spending time with his family and 3 grandchildren.
