Dr. Aaron G. Smuckler is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and sees patients of all ages. Dr. Smuckler was born in upstate New York and went to college at Syracuse University where he majored in Biology and Chemistry. He then went to SUNY Upstate Medical University and then did his Residencies in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Rochester. He moved to Pittsburgh and began working at Renaissance Family Practice in 2007 at the Glenshaw Division. Dr. Smuckler has a special interest in Pediatrics, Transition of Pediatric diseases toward adulthood, and Hospice and Palliative care. He serves as the Medical Director for Hope Hospice and also acts as a supervising physician with the UPMC St. Margaret’s Family Medicine Residency at Lawrenceville.
Dr. Smuckler enjoys spending time with his wife, three children and black lab.
