Dr. Katherine Wilhelmy is a board-certified family medicine physician and geriatrician. She is originally from Greensburg, Pennsylvania. She attended medical school at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. After medical school, she returned home to Western PA to complete her family medicine training and geriatrics fellowship at UPMC St. Margaret. She cares for patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics. Her special interests include geriatrics medicine, hospice care, and preventative care for every age. She sees patients at UPMC Heritage Place, a skilled nursing facility, in addition to her outpatient practice in Penn Hills. She enjoys spending her free time outside with her husband and dog.
